A lead is a buyer request that matches your service category and at least one of your served ports. Each plan includes a set number of lead credits — Monthly: 30, Yearly: 300.

No. If you'd rather not commit to a subscription, you can unlock a single lead for ₹99 and quote on just that request. A subscription is simply the better value once you're quoting regularly.

It's 1% of the buyer-confirmed project value, deducted automatically from your settlement when the order completes. The rate you see in the confirmation popup is the rate that applies, and every deduction is itemised in your Commission Ledger inside the app.

Yes. Open Plan & Billing in the vendor app and choose a different plan — there's no lock-in. The Yearly plan also lets you pause your subscription for up to 45 days if you need a break.

Applicable taxes (GST) are shown separately on your invoice at checkout, and a tax invoice is emailed to you after every payment. If you're GST-registered you can claim the input credit.
